EU funding for Vuzenica sewer system
SLOVENIA, September 25 - As part of the project, the missing sewer system in the Muta 2019 agglomeration area will be constructed. More specifically, the public municipal wastewater collection system will be expanded with the planned construction of sewer lines totalling 5,630.30 metres in length and the construction of a small pumping station. The number of residents connected to at least a secondary public wastewater treatment network will increase by an additional 684 residents, bringing the total number of connected population units to 3,063.
The project is implemented under Slovenia's EU Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027 and will receive EU funding from the Cohesion Fund.
The project, worth €2,731,084.41, will receive €1,593,750 from the Cohesion Fund. The beneficiary of the funding is the Municipality of Vuzenica.
